Jonathan’s Ogunquit (OGT) is a familiar name in the restaurant and entertainment in Ogunquit. Jonathan West runs the most amazing casual fine dining establishments in the area. When you looking for table clothes but do not want a suit jacket and tie, Jonathan’s is definitely the top choice.

Farm to Table Maine Dining for over 40 years, Jonathan’s sources local food products wherever possible and focuses on serving fresh, New England products. Tucked into the foliage just off Rte 1, the landscaping will welcome you. As you enter the doors, a large fireplace and people with large smiles make you feel at home. Jonathan’s smile represents how happy he is to be welcoming you to his restaurant.

Our starters included Blueberry lemon-aid (adult version) and a Rum Punch that had a bit of one. For an appetizer, the suggestion from our attentive waitress was the baked artichokes hearts topped with Cheddar cheese and sour cream. Deliciously Perfect. Ideal to share and really good.

Maine Seafood Pasta – Jonathan’s OGT

Next, the Maine seafood pasta, with lobster tail (split in the shell) shrimp and clams over a generous helping of linguine, excellent choice. Cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious.

Option two Chicken Picatta served with outstanding mashed potatoes and a lemon beurre blanc sauce. This was served with two pieces of chicken and perfectly cooked green beans. Entrees were plentiful and well prepared.

Service was some of the best we have encountered. Danielle and Carol catered to all of the guests in our room.

Organic Blueberry Crisp at Jonathan’s Ogunquit

Dessert was a difficult choice as the menu was so loaded with great options. We did select the Organic Maine Blueberry Crisp to share. Loaded with blueberries and served warm with Shane’s of Maine vanilla ice cream. Great ending to a great meal.

Entertainment like comedians Bob Marley, Kevin Farley, a tribute band for Elton John, Rod Stewart, and musicians like Judy Collins, Crystal Bowersox, and Jonathan Edwards are also back in person. Check their website for dates and times. New and exciting shows added often.

Now open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Breakfast choices consist of eggs, omelets, Benedictines, pancakes, and specialty french toasts. Freshly squeezed juices, mimosas, Bellini’s, and bloody Mary’s to name a few. Lunch is soups, salads, burgers, flatbread, and small plates, vegetarian and gluten-free too. Dinner, fresh seafood, classic European dishes, grilled steaks. An affordable children’s menu is also available.
